哥本哈根信息技术大学 (IT University of Copenhagen) 位于丹麦首都哥本哈根。该校成立于1999年，是一所年轻的公立信息技术学院。2003年，根据新颁布的丹麦法律，哥本哈根信息技术大学升格为丹麦第十二个、也是最专精的综合性大学。

原任北欧航空集团CEO的Jørgen Lindegaard为校董会董事长；佐治亚理工学院教授Jay David Bolter为校董会成员；著名计算机科学家Mads Tofte为校长(Rektor)。

哥本哈根信息技术大学原来只开设研究生阶段的学习项目，2007年8月后才开始开设了一个本科专业：软件开发。迄今为止，哥本哈根信息技术大学已经开设的专业有（DA：丹麦课语专业；EN：英语专业）：

2004年ITU搬到了哥本哈根Ørestad，紧邻着哥本哈根大学Faculty of Humanities，旁边就是丹麦广播电视台Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR)。新楼由Henning Larsen设计。

跟丹麦其他学院设置一样，学校设置9名成员的理事会，其中5名来自校外，1名来自科研人员，1名来自学校管理人员，2名学生。理事会任命校长。
